The staff was nice and kind and we would stay here again. Double room was elegant with really nice bed. The check in was smooth and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel.

The location is great, as it is situated in a quieter area of the city but still within walking distance to most places. You can easily reach all the main sights from here, including St Mark's Square. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, with fresh croissants and a variety of options. The tea room attached to the B&B adds to the charm of the place.

There is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage to higher floors may be a challenge.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a great area, short walk to the usual tourist hotspots and places to eat nearby, a very nice area of Venice and both the main train station, Piazzale Roma and many other places to see. The room was tidy with a queen sized bed and I thoroughly enjoyed nice staff. It had things I needed, including central heating, a work desk, and TV. The location of the venue was great and good - not very far from Basilica of st Mary of Health.

Planned to see Venice major attractions and it was excellent home base for visiting all of them. The terrace served lots of meals for breakfast.

The shower space was a bit cramped, especially for those with a larger build. The Wi-Fi was occasionally unreliable due to renovations, although this was a temporary issue and not a long-term problem.
